Assignment -

Bring 10 pages of other artist, entertainment designers of typical character development that you see as similar to what you are looking for.

In your notebook draw from those examples - combine them to make them more originally yours - clean tight drawings to fill five to seven poses with multiple elements in pen and prismacolor. Include - Dynamic drawings: Faces and motion gestures 3-4 characters; costume development; weapons uniforms if applied; environment; vehicles.

Each person next week has 5-7 minutes to present this assignment to the class. Include you list of answers to the who what when where why and the protagonist and antagonist questions.

We will tape up the ten pages of the research up on the wall so that we can see what inspires you.

Homework (for five min presentation)
1. Bring in 10+ pages of diverse research on character development costume and environments. This is to be taped on the board.
2. From that research do 5-7 pages in notebook of clean drawing - pen and prisma - morph ideas of the master designers to make your own.
3. Copy handout in pen and white prisma
4. Answer survey given before. Who, what, when, where, why, etc.
